I like to get close to the businesses I work with — learning how they operate, what customers care about and what the business is actually trying to achieve. That means I can contribute ideas, spot opportunities and create content around real commercial priorities rather than simply turning up with a camera.
Whether I’m producing a one-off campaign or working with a business month after month, the aim is to feel like an extension of the team rather than an external supplier.
